Our award winning pasties are made at Crantock Bakery in Cornwall, and are then freshly baked on our premises every morning!!!

      Our selection includes meat and vegetarian pasties

  • Traditional Cornish-A hand crimped, traditional Cornish Steak pasty and one of our best sellers. The potato, swede and onion are all freshly prepared and placed onto a short crust pastry ring. A generous portion of diced skirt beef is then layered over the vegetables by hand before our the seasoning is added.

  • Chicken-Succulent pieces of tender white chicken layered over potato, onions, sweetcorn and peas. These ingredients are then blended together in our own special recipe sauce and encased in hand crimped flaky pastry

  • Spicy chicken-A unique blend of lime pickle, fresh yoghurt, sultanas, mixed spices and mango chutney combined with fresh, diced breast of chicken, to produce a very pleasant tangy taste. This is a very popular variation to the Traditional Cornish Pasty. Hand crimped in a flaky pastry case

  • Beef & Stilton Pasty-Prime diced beef, onion and swede blended together with a creamy Stilton sauce made only from the finest mature Stilton cheese and placed in a hand crimped light short crust pastry case.

  • Cheese & Bacon Pasty-Mature Cheddar cheese and smoked bacon blended with potato and onion and encased in a Shortcrust pastry case.

  • Lamb & Mint Pasty-Fresh diced lamb marinated in a rich mint sauce before layering over potato, swede and onion. The vegetables are blended with a special mint seasoning before being crimped in a delicious short crust pastry case.

  • Pork & Apple Pasty-Juicy pieces of diced pork layered over potatoes, onions and a rich apple sauce. We then add a generous mixture of mixed herbs and special seasoning. All encased in hand crimped flaky pastry.

  • Steak & Ale Pasty-This truly scrumptious pasty is full of flavour due to the steak being marinated in a traditional locally brewed ale for a minimum of 24 hours. Likewise the fresh vegetables are mixed with ale and a special 'malt and hop' seasoning. The pasty is hand crimped in a light short crust pastry.

  • Spicy Vegetable Pasty-Encrusted in a vegetarian short crust pastry case, a tempting combination of mixed peppers, green beans, carrots, garlic, onion, red kidney beans and potatoes, mixed together with tomato puree, soy sauce and ginger. Generously blended with chilli powder top offer the ultimate 'meatless' Chilli Con Carne!

  • Cheese Pasty-A hand crimped cheese and onion pasty with fresh potato, onion and freshly grated mature cheddar cheese all mixed together within a short crust pastry case. Made with non-animal fats this pasty is a firm favourie with our vegetarian customers.

  • Broccoli,Cheese & Sweetcorn Pasty-A super vegetarian altenative, diced potato, broccoli, sweetcorn, cheese, onion and swede all seasoned and placed in a hand crimped flaky pastry case.

  • Wholemeal Vegetable-A hand crimped wholemeal vegetarian short crust pastry case containing fresh potato, swede and onion, together with sweetcorn, peas, carrots, sweet peppers and seasoning.
