Thats why we only use fresh vegetables and fruit every day! We prepare all the food on the premises and we make all our sandwiches and salads to order so you can choose anything you like!  There is no need to follow the menu...you can make your own !!!

Our pasties come frozen from Crantock Bakery in Cornwall .They are hand made and frozen straight away so there is no doubt of freshness! Every morning we bake them and if you dare to walk pass our shop you won't be able to resist the lovely smell !!!!!
